BIOGRAPHY & INTERESTS
Over the last few years I have worked as a Data Analyst in early stage technology businesses, leading the Analytics function in my most recent position. From 2019 I plan to do a postgraduate degree with a focus on Organisational Behaviour. I did my undergraduate degree in Spanish and Politics at Trinity College Dublin, during which I spent a year studying at the University of Salamanca in Spain.
I have a broad range of interests including reading, hiking (and most other outdoor activities), cooking, music and travel. I also practice yoga and meditate every day - I recently did a ten day silent meditation course! One of the wonderful things about living in London is the access to amazing theatre and music, I regularly go to plays and gigs with friends and family and am also a member of a local choir.
EXPERIENCE & APPROACH
Over the course of my career (school and university included), I have received a lot of invaluable help and guidance from people which has meant that I am always keen to give help and guidance to others where I can. I believe it's so important to share your experience with people that are about to embark on a similar journey, and being able to have a positive impact on someone's confidence is hugely rewarding. I have gained so much from both my mentors and mentees, and therefore I invest a lot of time in building these types of relationships.
I am currently part of a mentoring programme for young people coming to the end of their school careers, and I spent time as a Spanish tutor while at university.
