Biography & Interests

I am a recent graduate in French and beginners Italian from the University of Leeds, where I obtained a 2:1 degree. Since graduating I have worked in various temporary roles, such as the PA to the Head and Academy Head at Holland Park School and I have recently begun working with Oppidan Education camps. In January 2020, I plan to begin training in psychotherapy.

I grew up in North London and as well as living in Leeds I spent 18 months abroad as part of my degree. This was an invaluable experience both for my language development and my personal growth. During that period, I spent 4 months working as primary school teacher in Lille, France and just over a year studying at university in Genoa, Italy.

Outside of work and study, I love to travel when possible, cook and meditate. I have a life-long passion for music and film and I also play the piano.

Experience & Approach

My approach to mentoring has taken many forms, including pastoral and leadership roles such as House Captain, stage director or working on camping trips, and through a more academic lens at university and whilst working in a French primary school.

For me, the focus of mentoring is about engaging in learning and discovering the joy in educating oneself. Through a confident and positive attitude, I aim to encourage those I mentor to understand, grasp and achieve their potential.
