Futures Programme

The Futures Programme supports students aged 17+ as they prepare for life beyond school. The programme provides tailored career guidance, confidence in network-building and access to inspiring mentors to help prepare them in taking their next step.

Why the Futures Programme

The Futures Programme pairs students with mentors to gain clarity, confidence and direction after school.

Clarity on what’s next

Through personalised sessions with a mentor, students gain a clearer sense of direction about their future, from course choices to potential career paths.

Confidence & Communication Skills

Sessions build students’ ability to present themselves well: from improving online profiles and CVs, to learning how to prepare for interviews and pitch themselves effectively.

Relatable role models

Forget unrelatable CEOs, our mentors are personable with real-word experience as qualified doctors, to entrepreneurs, to screenwriters and more.

Step 1

Find the perfect mentor

After getting to know your child, we’ll suggest a mentor pairing based on relevant experiences, backgrounds and matching interests. Our mentors span a huge range of backgrounds from working at the Civil Service and Netflix, to the world of journalism and the West End.

Open booklets and pamphlets with blue, pink, and green themed pages on a white surface, featuring charts, text, and images of children and educational topics.

Step 2

Tailor your futures journey through choosing modules

Following an introductory call, you and your mentor will identify the modules most relevant to your goals. Together, you'll create a personalised plan designed to boost your confidence and prepare you for the next step; whether that’s applying to university, exploring career options, or enhancing your online presence.

Step 3

Monitor progress and next steps

You will receive progress reports following each of the 12 sessions from your mentor and regular check-ins from our team. This ensures you have oversight over the process and that we’re working towards the results you’re looking for.
